Job Title: Principal Product Manager – Discovery & Onboarding (Exchange)

Job Description: As a Principal Product Manager for Discovery and Onboarding on a globally established cryptocurrency exchange platform, you will be responsible for owning onboarding rewards — from KYC completion through to first deposit and first trade — and managing the clean handoff to the Verification and Activation PM. You will apply significant product management experience at a high-growth technology company to drive user onboarding excellence on one of the world’s most recognized crypto exchange platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding rewards end-to-end — from KYC completion through to first deposit and first trade for exchange users
• Manage the clean handoff to the Verification and Activation PM — ensuring seamless user journey continuity
• Drive product discovery and onboarding strategy for a globally established cryptocurrency exchange
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams on onboarding product delivery
• Conduct user research and data analysis to identify onboarding friction points and improvement opportunities
• Define onboarding product success metrics and track performance through analytics and user feedback
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and onboarding performance to senior leadership
• Monitor crypto exchange user onboarding best practices and competitive dynamics across the industry

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience at a high-growth technology company — crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker preferred but not mandatory
• Significant principal-level product management experience in a consumer-facing digital product environment
• Background in fintech, crypto, AI, P2P, or open-source ecosystems preferred
• Strong data-driven product management skills including user research, analytics, and A/B testing
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing
