Job Title: Head of Product – Fraud Systems, AI-Centric Transformation

Job Description: As Head of Product for Fraud Systems at a globally established fintech serving 75+ million customers, you will rethink fraud products and systems to be AI-centric — leading the product function for fraud detection, prevention, and AI-powered financial crime product strategy for a globally recognized digital banking and fintech platform on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Rethink fraud products and systems to be AI-centric for a globally established fintech platform
• Lead the product function for fraud detection, prevention, and AI-powered financial crime strategy
• Define and execute the AI-centric fraud product roadmap — models, systems, and customer journeys
• Drive AI fraud product discovery — leveraging machine learning and behavioural analytics for detection
• Lead cross-functional fraud product delivery — Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams on AI-centric fraud governance and delivery
• Produce Head of Product Fraud-level strategic roadmap reports for senior leadership and Board review
• Monitor global AI fraud detection, financial crime technology, and fintech product developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of Product experience with fraud systems and AI-centric product transformation background
• Strong AI fraud product strategy, machine learning application, and fraud detection product leadership
• Deep understanding of fintech fraud product dynamics — behavioural analytics, model governance, and compliance
• Excellent product roadmap communication, cross-functional delivery, and senior leadership stakeholder management
• Self-directed, high-ownership approach for fully remote globally distributed fintech product mandate
• GCC or global fintech fraud systems and AI-centric product leadership experience strongly preferred
