Job Title: Director – Product Management, Advanced Analytics & AI

Job Description: As a Director of Product Management for Advanced Analytics and AI at a globally leading payments technology company, you will focus on creating and delivering superior products and services within the Business and Market Insights product organization — redefining the future of payments and the way people and businesses interact with digital payments through AI-powered analytics and intelligence products.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver superior analytics and AI-powered products within the Business and Market Insights product organization
• Redefine the future of payments through innovative data-driven product development and AI application
• Define and execute the product roadmap for Advanced Analytics and AI products serving global payments clients
• Lead cross-functional product delivery — aligning Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Compliance teams
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify high-impact AI and analytics product opportunities
• Define product success metrics and track performance through analytics and enterprise client feedback
• Communicate AI and analytics product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and Board
• Monitor global payments analytics market developments and assess their strategic implications

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Director-level Product Management experience in analytics, AI, or payments technology
• Deep understanding of advanced analytics, AI applications, and payments data intelligence
• Proven track record creating and delivering superior data-driven products for enterprise clients
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholder communication skills
• CFA or equivalent qualification preferred for payments and financial intelligence product leadership
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA market engagement
