Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Job Description: Seeking a a Technical Product Manager for Hadron on a 100% Remote basis. Hadron is Tether’s tokenization platform, and this role owns the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hadron — working at the intersection of blockchain technology, tokenization, and institutional fintech product management.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hadron — Tether’s institutional tokenization platform
• Work closely with engineers to ship a high-quality tokenization product — translating complex technical requirements into clear product specifications
• Conduct product discovery and market research in the tokenization, digital asset, and institutional blockchain space
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Hadron platform features
• Partner with Tether’s Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams on Hadron product delivery and go-to-market
• Monitor Hadron product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement post-launch
• Stay current on tokenization, DLT, and institutional digital asset market developments to inform Hadron’s product roadmap
• Communicate Hadron product strategy and progress to Tether’s executive leadership team

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant technical product management experience — preferably with experience in fintech and payment solutions as a bonus
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenization, and institutional digital asset platforms
• Experience working closely with engineers to ship complex technical products — required
• Strong product discovery, specification, and agile delivery skills
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex blockchain technology into clear product value propositions
