Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager for a crypto exchange platform, you will be responsible for driving product discovery, delivery, and adoption across exchange product areas — collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to build products that meet and exceed customer expectations on one of the world’s most recognized cryptocurrency platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product discovery, delivery, and adoption across exchange product areas
• Ensure products not only meet but exceed customer expectations through rigorous discovery and data-driven delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams on exchange product delivery
• Own the product roadmap for assigned exchange product areas — balancing user needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial goals
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify high-impact product opportunities
• Define product success metrics and measure feature impact through analytics and user feedback
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance to senior leadership
• Monitor crypto exchange market developments, user behaviour trends, and competitive dynamics

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Senior Product Manager experience at a high-growth technology company — crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker preferred
• Proven experience driving product discovery, delivery, and adoption for consumer-facing financial technology products
• Strong data-driven product approach with A/B testing, user research, and product analytics expertise
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing
• Deep understanding of crypto exchange user needs and VARA-regulated digital asset platform requirements
