Job Title: Junior Business Analyst – Credit Solutions (Fintech Platform)

Job Description: As a Financial Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with the company’s financial products and services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and advocating for their interests within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work at the intersection of software development and credit solutions — bridging product, engineering, and credit operations teams
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements for credit and wealth management platform features
• Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, and workflow documentation across credit solution product areas
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and credit operations stakeholders on requirements validation
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and quality validation for credit platform releases
• Develop business analysis skills through structured mentoring and live project work within a fintech platform team
• Produce clear, well-structured business requirements documentation, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Stay current on credit technology, fintech platform developments, and digital credit solution innovations

Qualifications Needed:

• Early-career business analyst or recent graduate with strong interest in fintech platform development and credit solutions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to gather and document business requirements accurately
• Understanding of software development processes and ability to work with technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication for requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Genuine interest in credit technology, fintech platforms, and digital banking solutions
• Relevant business analysis, finance, or technology qualification preferred
