Job Title: Credit & Collection Officer

Job Description: As a Credit and Collection Officer for RNPL (Retail Now Pay Later) at a fintech company, you will apply minimum 1 year of experience in banking, credit control, collections, receivables management, credit underwriting, or consumer lending — preferably in fintech or e-commerce — to manage the credit and collections function for a retail BNPL and digital lending platform.

Responsibilities:

• Apply minimum 1 year of experience in banking, credit control, collections, or consumer lending to RNPL operations
• Manage the credit and collections function for a retail BNPL and digital lending platform
• Conduct credit evaluation — analysing applicant financial information and creditworthiness for RNPL facilities
• Manage collections activities — contacting delinquent clients and negotiating repayment arrangements
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies and UAE regulatory requirements for consumer lending
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, and Commercial teams on credit and collections process management
• Produce credit and collections performance reports and management information for senior leadership
• Monitor UAE consumer lending regulatory developments and BNPL market trends

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, credit control, collections, receivables management, credit underwriting, or consumer lending — preferably fintech or e-commerce
• Strong credit evaluation, collections management, and BNPL consumer lending skills
• Understanding of UAE consumer lending regulatory requirements and BNPL credit risk standards
• Excellent analytical and client communication skills for credit and collections management
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE BNPL consumer lending client engagement
• UAE fintech or consumer lending operations experience strongly preferred
