Job Title: Internal Auditor / Assistant Manager

Job Description: As an Internal Auditor at the Junior Auditor or Assistant Manager level for fintech and payment solutions, you will be responsible for executing business process assurance and advisory projects for the Corporate Segment — supporting a globally established workforce solutions and professional services company in delivering high-quality internal audit engagements across fintech, payment, and financial services clients.

Responsibilities:*

• Execute business process assurance and advisory projects for the Corporate Segment within fintech and payment solutions
• Conduct internal audit engagements across fintech and payment client organizations — covering operational, financial, and compliance audit areas
• Perform audit fieldwork — process walkthroughs, testing of controls, and documentation of audit evidence
• Identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities across fintech and payment operations
• Produce well-structured audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with client management on audit findings, agreed actions, and remediation tracking
• Support senior auditors on complex fintech and payment audit engagements
• Stay current on fintech and payment industry regulatory developments and internal audit best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Early-career or mid-level internal audit experience with exposure to fintech or payment solutions preferred
• Strong understanding of business process assurance, internal controls, and audit methodology
• Experience executing audit fieldwork — process walkthroughs, control testing, and audit documentation
• Excellent written communication for audit report production and client-facing recommendation delivery
• Relevant audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, or equivalent) preferred
• UAE financial services or fintech audit experience advantageous
