Job Title: Audit Manager – Financial Services

Job Description: As an Audit Manager specializing in Financial Services — Banking and Capital Markets — you will be responsible for leading internal audit or external advisory audit engagements for banking and capital markets clients. You will apply experience as a fully qualified manager with exposure to financial services sector clients, specifically in banking and capital markets, to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services for UAE-based financial institution clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal audit or advisory audit engagements for banking and capital markets financial services clients
• Apply experience as a fully qualified manager with banking and capital markets exposure to all audit delivery
• Conduct audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting across banking operations, trading, compliance, and financial crime areas
• Manage audit teams — supervising senior associates and analysts on engagement delivery
• Produce high-quality audit reports with clear findings, risk ratings, and actionable management recommendations
• Maintain highly experienced accounting professional knowledge with IFRS expertise essential
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert audit delivery for banking and capital markets mandates
• Stay current on UAE and international banking audit standards, regulatory developments, and financial services governance

Qualifications Needed:

• Fully Qualified Manager with exposure to financial services sector clients, specifically in banking and capital markets
• Highly experienced accounting professional — IFRS knowledge essential
• Client exposure in the banking and capital markets area — required
• Proven audit management experience delivering financial services audit engagements
• Strong leadership and team management skills for audit delivery
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification required
