Job Title: Audit & Assurance, Experienced Associate (External Audit)

Job Description: As an Experienced Associate in Audit and Assurance for External Audit at a globally leading professional services firm in Abu Dhabi, you will apply 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field — with a degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related field — to deliver high-quality external audit assurance for Deloitte’s Abu Dhabi client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 1–2 years of Accounting, Auditing, or related experience to external audit assurance delivery
• Conduct audit fieldwork — process walkthroughs, control testing, and evidence gathering for external audit
• Support senior auditors on financial statement audit engagements for Abu Dhabi client portfolio
• Produce audit working papers and contribute to external audit report preparation under senior guidance
• Apply accounting and auditing knowledge to ensure financial statement assurance quality standards
• Build external audit skills through structured mentoring and real Abu Dhabi client engagement
• Complete Deloitte Abu Dhabi Experienced Associate development and professional advancement activities
• Develop a professional network within the world’s largest and leading professional services firm

Qualifications Needed:

• Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related field — required
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or any related field — required
• Strong foundational audit, accounting, and financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for external audit evidence gathering
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for Abu Dhabi client and team engagement
• Genuine ambition to build an external audit career at the world’s largest professional services firm
