Job Title: Fraud Analyst – Fintech Payments

Job Description: Serve as the first line of defence against fraud at NymCard’s Dubai operations. Support clients and their end consumers, working closely with customer support, compliance, and technology teams across a 24/7 card issuing fintech platform.

Responsibilities:*

• Monitor transactions across fraud monitoring applications on a rotational shift covering 24/7
• Analyse and assess fraud alerts and act accordingly in real time
• Suggest applying new fraud rules or editing/freezing existing ones based on fraud cases encountered
• Investigate fraud cases by collecting facts and preparing detailed fraud case reports for management
• Conduct transaction flow studies outside automated fraud monitoring applications when necessary
• Maintain continuous coordination with fraud reporting channels including chargeback teams, payment system alerts, and acquirers
• Support both NymCard clients and their end consumers in resolving fraud-related issues

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in fraud monitoring, financial crime, or risk management within payments or fintech
• Experience with fraud detection systems and alert management platforms
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
• Knowledge of card payments, chargeback processes, and payment system operations preferred
• Excellent coordination skills across internal and external stakeholder groups
