Job Title: Fraud Analyst

Job Description: As a Fraud Analyst – L2, you will handle complex digital-fraud investigations for a Kuwaiti bank, provide technical and case-management support to first-line analysts, meet risk-appetite and service-level requirements, and transition from an initial remote period to onsite delivery in Kuwait City during the six-month consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate complex digital-banking fraud cases escalated from first-line analysts
• Analyse transaction patterns, account activity, and available evidence
• Determine case outcomes and recommend containment or remediation actions
• Provide coaching and operational guidance to L1 fraud analysts
• Document investigations and maintain complete case records
• Work within the bank’s risk appetite, controls, and service-level agreements
• Escalate material incidents to fraud, risk, compliance, and management stakeholders
• Support onsite fraud operations in Kuwait after the initial remote assignment period

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in digital-fraud operations within banking or financial services
• Ability to investigate complex cases at a second-line analyst level
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring, fraud typologies, and case management
• Strong analytical judgement and evidence-documentation skills
• Ability to coach junior analysts and communicate escalations clearly
• Availability for a six-month consultancy with two remote months followed by onsite work in Kuwait City
