Job Description: As an Expert Senior Manager for Product Management and Innovation at a globally leading management consulting firm, you will be responsible for leading product management and innovation consulting engagements — advising financial services, fintech, and technology clients on product strategy, innovation frameworks, and digital transformation. You will apply significant product leadership and consulting expertise to deliver high-impact advisory outcomes for major clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product management and innovation consulting engagements for financial services, fintech, and technology clients
• Advise clients on product strategy, innovation frameworks, and digital transformation priorities
• Develop and deliver product management assessment frameworks, innovation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations
• Drive product-led growth and innovation strategy advisory for fintech and financial services clients across the UAE and GCC
• Build and maintain senior client relationships through expert product management and innovation advisory delivery
• Lead and mentor consulting team members on product management methodology and innovation best practices
• Contribute to business development activities for the product management and innovation consulting practice
• Stay current on global product management innovations, fintech product trends, and digital transformation best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant senior consulting or advisory experience with deep product management and innovation expertise
• Proven track record leading product management consulting engagements for financial services and fintech clients
• Strong understanding of fintech product development, digital transformation, and innovation frameworks
• Excellent leadership, client management, and senior stakeholder communication skills
• Relevant consulting experience in product management, digital transformation, or innovation strategy preferred
