Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: As a Chief Financial Officer at a high-growth financing startup in Riyadh, you will be a builder, strategist, and operator who owns the full financial engine of the organization. You will drive financial strategy, lead fundraising and investor relations, and optimize unit economics and profitability, working closely with the CEO and COO to scale the business sustainably in Saudi Arabia’s dynamic fintech ecosystem .

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the full finance function including FP&A, treasury, accounting, and reporting
• Drive financial strategy, forecasting, and scenario planning for the high-growth startup
• Optimize unit economics, pricing models, and profitability
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and debt structuring initiatives
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with SAMA and financial regulations
• Partner with the CEO and COO to scale the business sustainably
• Build financial systems and processes from scratch

Qualifications Needed:

• 3-7 years of experience in fintech, financing, banking, or high-growth startups
• Strong background in fundraising, debt financing, or structured finance
• Deep understanding of lending economics, risk, and portfolio management
• Hands-on, analytical, and execution-driven mindset
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast in a startup environment
• Builder mentality comfortable creating systems from scratch
• GCC fintech or financing startup experience strongly preferred
