Job Title: CFO – Real Estate Developer, Multi-Entity

Job Description: As a Chief Financial Officer at a real estate developer, you will lead the company’s finance function — applying senior CFO leadership to real estate financial strategy, multi-entity management, and banking relationships for a professionally managed real estate development organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s finance function as Chief Financial Officer for a real estate development organization
• Develop and execute financial strategy across multi-entity real estate development operations
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, treasury, banking, and compliance across all group entities
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and trade finance for real estate development mandates
• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax, and real estate regulatory financial compliance across all operations
• Produce consolidated financial reports, management accounts, and Board-level financial presentations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team across multi-entity real estate operations
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and legal advisors on financial compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Chief Financial Officer experience with real estate development and multi-entity financial leadership
• Strong multi-entity financial management, banking relationship, and real estate compliance expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for CFO mandate
• Excellent leadership, Board-level communication, and senior real estate stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and real estate regulatory financial requirements
• GCC real estate developer CFO or multi-entity finance leadership experience strongly preferred
