Job Title: Finance Executive (Fintech / Crypto)

Job Description: Seeking a Finance Executive. The role requires experience working with fintech/crypto transactions including wallets, PSP reconciliations, or crypto payment tracking, as well as exposure to audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations for Bitfunded including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance
• Work with fintech/crypto transactions including digital wallet accounting, PSP reconciliations, and crypto payment tracking and reporting
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes with accurate financial documentation
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of crypto asset positions and transactions
• Manage UAE VAT compliance and regulatory financial reporting obligations
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury operations for Bitfunded’s fintech operations
• Contribute to financial process improvement and internal control development

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations within a fintech or crypto company
• Hands-on experience working with fintech/crypto transactions — wallets, PSP reconciliations, or crypto payment tracking required
• Exposure to audits and regulatory compliance in a fintech or crypto financial environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• UAE VAT knowledge and compliance experience preferred
• Relevant accounting or finance qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
