Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: As a Chief Financial Officer at a distinguished organization in Abu Dhabi, you will lead the full finance function for an organization operating in the UAE’s sophisticated financial ecosystem. You will drive financial strategy, ensure robust financial governance, and provide strategic leadership in one of the region’s most dynamic business environments .

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full finance function including FP&A, treasury, accounting, and reporting
• Drive financial strategy and strategic planning for the organization
• Ensure robust financial governance and internal controls
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial leadership to the executive team and Board
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Lead financial risk management and mitigation strategies

Qualifications Needed:

• 1-6 years of experience in CFO or senior finance leadership roles
• Proven experience in strategic financial management and leadership
• Strong background in financial planning and corporate finance
• Deep understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent required
• GCC or UAE banking and financial services CFO experience strongly preferred
