Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Description: As a Finance Officer specializing in Payables and Vendor Finance at a globally established low-cost airline, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices from vendors and month-end cost accruals — liaising with vendor teams to ensure seamless finance payables operations for a globally connected aviation organization.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices from vendors and month-end cost accruals
• Liaise with vendor teams to ensure seamless finance payables operations for a globally connected airline
• Process and verify vendor invoices — matching purchase orders, delivery receipts, and payment documentation
• Manage month-end cost accruals — ensuring accurate and timely financial close for payables operations
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams on vendor payment processing requirements
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all aviation payables financial operations
• Maintain accurate vendor payables records for regulatory audit and management review
• Produce payables performance reports and management information for senior Finance leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Officer experience with accounts payable and vendor finance processing background
• Strong invoice processing, cost accrual management, and vendor liaison skills for aviation finance
• Understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance for aviation sector payables operations
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills for high-volume vendor invoice and accruals processing
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office for vendor payables management
• GCC aviation or transportation finance payables experience strongly preferred
