Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: Our company is hiring an additional Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager in Dubai, specifically targeting Introducing Broker (IB) network development and Arabic-speaking client segment growth across the MENA region. This is a distinct IB-channel

Responsibilities:

• Develop business opportunities with Introducing Broker (IB) networks and Arabic-speaking client segments across MENA
• Build and maintain relationships with IBs, financial intermediaries, and strategic partners in the Arabic-speaking market
• Identify and onboard new IB partners aligned with Zeal Group’s commercial targets and growth strategy
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective IBs and high-value retail clients
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand Zeal Group’s IB partner network in the region
• Monitor IB partner performance and implement engagement strategies to grow partner-driven trading volumes
• Coordinate with compliance, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure smooth IB partner activation
• Provide market intelligence on the MENA IB landscape and competitive dynamics to regional leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Fluency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken — required
• Extensive experience in Forex/CFD brokerage IB relationship management in the MENA region
• Strong network among IB partners, financial intermediaries, and Arabic-speaking trading communities
• Proven track record building and managing IB channel relationships in a regulated brokerage or fintech environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial relationship-building skills
• Understanding of MENA forex trading market dynamics and IB business models
