Job Title: Business Development Manager – FinTech

Job Description: We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for a FinTech client. The role supports attracting and onboarding FinTech companies and strategic partners, strengthening client relationships, and promoting a leading global financial hub. The position involves proactive business development, market research, industry engagement, and delivering exceptional client service to facilitate the successful establishment and growth of FinTech businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Business Development Officer in attracting and onboarding FinTech companies and strategic partners globally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FinTech companies, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
• Identify, target, and attract FinTech companies globally for onboarding purposes
• Conduct proactive business development, market research, and industry engagement activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade events, and networking forums
• Enhance brand awareness and strengthen market positioning
• Adhere to information security policies, procedures, and organizational standards

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven track record in FinTech sales and client acquisition
• 6–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Deep understanding of the FinTech industry and regulatory landscape
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills in financial services and technology sectors
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and performance management
