Job Description:Seeking an Arabic-speaking Growth Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role involves building partnerships with key opinion leaders and crypto projects, promoting cooperation and driving growth in the Arabic-speaking MENA crypto market.

Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and crypto projects, promoting cooperation and driving community growth
• Drive business development and growth for BingX’s Arabic-speaking MENA user base
• Develop and manage relationships with Arabic-speaking crypto influencers, community managers, and market partners
• Identify and close partnership opportunities that grow BingX’s trading volume and user acquisition in MENA
• Represent BingX at crypto events, conferences, and community gatherings across the Arabic-speaking market
• Develop and execute regional partnership strategies aligned with BingX’s global growth objectives
• Monitor competitive landscape among crypto exchanges in the MENA region and identify positioning opportunities
• Produce regular partnership performance reports for regional and global leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• A deep understanding of crypto markets is required; crypto passion strongly preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken — required for MENA market engagement
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or community growth within crypto, Web3, or fintech
• Proven ability to build and manage KOL and partner relationships in the Arabic-speaking market
• Strong networking skills within the crypto and blockchain community
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth crypto exchange environment
