Job Title: Business Development Manager – BNPL Financing

Job Description: Drive merchant acquisition and financing solution sales for Qlub’s Buy Now Pay Later product across Dubai’s restaurant and hospitality sector. Qlub is a fast-scaling UAE fintech startup backed by Mubadala, e&, Shorooq, and Mastercard, revolutionising the dining payment experience with ultra-fast QR and NFC payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source leads through various channels, identify key decision-makers, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to full launch
• Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, finance managers, and business decision-makers
• Analyse lead generation and sales performance data to refine processes and improve conversion rates
• Represent Qlub at meetings, events, and calls with restaurant groups and franchise owners
• Present and pitch Qlub’s financing and BNPL solution with clarity and confidence
• Upsell and cross-sell Qlub’s broader payment product suite to existing clients
• Onboard and train restaurant teams on Qlub, ensuring they derive full platform value

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or growth, preferably with financing or lending sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident engaging with business owners and managers
• Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive, and driven by results
• Familiarity with fintech, payments, or restaurant-sector sales is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
