Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description: As a Business Development Executive for a revenue-based financing fintech, your primary responsibility will be identifying and acquiring high-potential SME clients across the UAE — applying strong research and digital prospecting abilities across Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a high-quality pipeline of SME borrowers requiring flexible, revenue-based capital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire high-potential SME clients across the UAE through strong research and digital prospecting
  • Use digital prospecting abilities across Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a qualified pipeline
  • Present revenue-based financing solutions to SME owners and financial decision-makers across target industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through SME onboarding and first financing disbursement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with UAE SME businesses requiring flexible growth capital
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and financing disbursement targets
  • Monitor UAE SME market dynamics, competitive landscape, and revenue-based financing trends
  • Collaborate with Credit and Operations teams on client onboarding, credit review, and financing activation

Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong research and digital prospecting abilities — Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and digital outreach — required
  • Proven business development or sales experience in fintech, SME finance, or financial services
  • UAE-based candidate with understanding of UAE SME market dynamics and business financing needs
  • Strong commercial, communication, and relationship-building skills for SME client engagement
  • Track record of identifying and acquiring high-potential business clients in a fintech sales environment
  • Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE SME client outreach
