Job Title: Banking & Financial Partnerships Executive

Job Description: Seeking a Banking & Financial Partnerships Executive in Dubai to drive revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation. The role requires experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services — building strategic partnerships that create commercial value for Qureos’ ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through financial service partnerships and client activation for Qureos’ platform
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and financial services companies
• Activate and grow existing financial service partnerships — maximizing commercial value and client engagement
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers at banking and financial services partner organizations
• Coordinate with Qureos’ Product, Sales, and Operations teams on partnership implementation and client activation
• Develop partnership commercial models, revenue share agreements, and partnership frameworks
• Monitor and report on financial service partnership performance and revenue contribution
• Represent Qureos at banking and financial services industry events and forums in the UAE

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services — required
• Proven track record driving revenue through financial service partnerships and client activation
• Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills for banking and financial institution partnerships
• Understanding of UAE banking ecosystem, financial services products, and fintech partnership models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM tools and partnership performance tracking
