Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description: Seeking a Sales Manager for the GCC Region in Dubai. The role targets B2B clients in CFDs, forex, trading platforms, and fintech software — requiring 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales of Leverate’s fintech and trading technology solutions across the GCC region
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with brokers, trading firms, and financial institutions in the UAE and GCC
• Present Leverate’s broker technology platform, CRM systems, and liquidity solutions to C-suite and senior commercial decision-makers
• Lead the full B2B sales cycle from initial outreach through product demonstration, commercial negotiation, and contract close
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with broker and financial services clients across the GCC market
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets — contributing measurably to Leverate’s regional revenue growth
• Monitor competitive landscape for trading technology, fintech software, and broker solutions in GCC markets
• Represent Leverate at regional fintech, forex, and trading industry events and client meetings

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the financial services industry — preferably in CFDs, forex, trading platforms, or fintech software
• Strong commercial judgement and consultative sales approach for complex B2B technology sales
• Understanding of broker technology requirements, trading platforms, and fintech software products
• Existing network among brokers, trading firms, or financial institutions in the GCC is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage for GCC market engagement
