Job Title: Business Development Manager – Dubai (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description: We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role proactively engages with existing clients and channel partners, and builds and maintains strong relationships with FinTech companies, intermediaries, and key stakeholders in the MENA market.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with existing clients and channel partners to understand their business needs and growth potential
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FinTech companies, intermediaries, and key stakeholders in MENA
• Attend industry and company events to source potential clients as directed by management
• Develop sales presentations and proposals to explain service specifications to prospective clients
• Drive new client acquisition across the Arabic-speaking MENA market through direct outreach and relationship building
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and commercial outcomes in CRM
• Represent Zeal Group at MENA fintech and forex industry events and client-facing forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Fluency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken — required for MENA market engagement
• 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales environments
• Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management in a FinTech or trading environment
• Strong understanding of MENA retail trading landscape and Arabic-speaking client preferences
• Experience with CRM tools and commercial pipeline management
• Willingness to attend industry events and proactively source new client opportunities
