Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at a fintech company, you will be responsible for ensuring all interactions comply with financial services regulations, data privacy standards, and company policy — delivering professional, compliant customer service for a fintech platform that enables peer-to-peer financial transactions and payment services across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with financial services regulations, data privacy standards, and company policy
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, chat, and digital channels — resolving account, payment, and product issues
- Process customer requests for peer-to-peer transactions, payment links, and financial services with accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to specialist teams with appropriate documentation
- Ensure all interactions are handled professionally, empathetically, and in line with financial services communication standards
- Contribute to knowledge base and FAQ documentation based on common customer queries
- Stay current on the fintech platform’s product features, payment services, and applicable UAE regulatory standards
Qualifications Needed:
- Experience in customer service within a fintech, payments, or digital financial services company preferred
- Understanding of financial services regulatory compliance and data privacy standards for customer interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic for UAE fintech customer service
- Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to customer issue resolution
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service platforms
- Often replies in 1 day — responsive and customer-centric approach to service delivery

- Pay: AED 2,500–3,000 per month
