Job Title: Partner Success Specialist

Job Description: The Partner Success Specialist will be the primary point of contact for business partners — ensuring successful integration, driving feature adoption, and growing transaction volumes.

Responsibilities:*

• Own the post-onboarding success relationship for Ziina’s SME merchant and business partners
• Drive partner product adoption — ensuring merchants are using Tap to Pay, payment links, virtual IBANs, and Ziina’s business tools effectively
• Monitor partner health metrics — transaction volumes, feature usage, and satisfaction scores
• Proactively engage at-risk partners and identify expansion opportunities within the existing partner base
• Resolve partner queries and technical issues in coordination with Product and Engineering teams
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key merchant partners
• Gather and synthesize partner feedback to inform Ziina’s product roadmap
• Support new merchant onboarding in collaboration with the sales and operations teams

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–4 years of partner success, account management, or customer success experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of SME payment needs and digital payment tools
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Experience managing partner relationships in the UAE market preferred
• Data-driven approach to partner health monitoring and proactive engagement
