Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Description: Customer Service at McCoin is a core operational and risk control function. This role requires individuals who can operate with speed, precision, and sound judgment in a crypto and fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to virtual asset and crypto services
- Operate with speed and precision in resolving client issues
- Support risk control activities as part of the customer service function
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams on escalations
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to regulatory and internal standards
Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or trading firm customer service preferred
- Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in the UAE fintech sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
