Job Description: Customer Service at McCoin is a core operational and risk control function. This role requires individuals who can operate with speed, precision, and sound judgment in a crypto and fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to virtual asset and crypto services
  • Operate with speed and precision in resolving client issues
  • Support risk control activities as part of the customer service function
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams on escalations
  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to regulatory and internal standards

Qualifications Needed:

  • Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or trading firm customer service preferred
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in the UAE fintech sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
