Job Title: B2B Customer Service Executive – Banking

Job Description: Manage and support corporate and business banking clients at BankByChoice in Dubai. Handle account openings, customer service, KYC document verification, and daily banking support for SME and business clients of a digital fintech lender.

Responsibilities:*

• Manage and support corporate and business banking clients across BankByChoice’s SME customer base
• Handle account opening processes, customer service queries, and cross-selling initiatives
• Verify KYC and business documents for new and existing business clients
• Assist with daily banking support including opening accounts, processing requests, and resolving customer queries
• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance, timely processing, and excellent SME customer support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the banking system
• Identify and escalate risk triggers promptly while maintaining minimal customer friction

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in B2B or business banking customer service, ideally within a fintech or digital banking environment
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements for business banking clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with business owners and senior finance contacts
• Proficiency in banking or CRM systems
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
