Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Description: The Customer Support Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for Arabic and English-speaking traders — handling inbound support requests via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, accurate, and timely support to Mitrade clients across the proprietary trading platform
  • Handle inbound queries via live chat, email, and phone covering account questions, trading issues, deposit/withdrawal matters, and platform guidance
  • Assist new clients through the account registration, verification, and first-time funding and trading journey
  • Escalate complex or compliance-sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team with proper documentation
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Mitrade’s trading products, platform features, and regulatory requirements
  • Track and resolve client issues through Mitrade’s ticketing and CRM systems
  • Contribute to FAQ updates, knowledge base improvements, and customer service process optimization

Qualifications Needed:

  • 1–3 years of customer service or client support experience ideally within fintech, forex/CFD, or financial services
  • Fluency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken — is required
  • Understanding of CFD trading, trading platforms, and financial market concepts is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex product features simply and clearly
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient approach to client service
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule as required
