Job Title: Transaction Banking Internship

Job Description: As a Transaction Banking Intern, you will gain structured exposure to the full spectrum of transaction banking operations — covering cash management, trade finance, payments, and custody services. You will work alongside experienced transaction banking professionals to understand how corporate and institutional clients manage complex cross-border financial flows, building skills that prepare you for a full-time career in global banking and financial technology.

Responsibilities:

• Gain structured exposure to transaction banking operations covering cash management, trade finance, payments, and custody
• Support senior transaction banking professionals on client account management and product delivery activities
• Learn and apply knowledge of payment systems, trade finance instruments, and cash management products
• Conduct analysis and reporting supporting transaction banking client relationships
• Complete programme training milestones including core banking systems, regulatory frameworks, and product knowledge
• Contribute to client materials, transaction documentation, and product presentations under senior guidance
• Build practical understanding of how corporate and institutional clients manage complex cross-border financial flows
• Develop professional banking skills through mentoring, learning, and structured programme activities

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE Nationals internship programme
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree
• Genuine interest in banking, payments, and transaction finance careers
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Core bank funding for retirement savings, medical, and life insurance provided
