We are hiring a Head of Finance to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management for fintech operations. This leadership role ensures financial health, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

Provide strategic insights to executives for decision-making.

Oversee finance teams, including accounting, treasury, and reporting.

Evaluate investments, funding, and financial risk strategies.

Collaborate with operations, product, and strategy teams.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA preferred).

10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and fintech products.

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
