Job Description

We are hiring a Head of Finance to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management for fintech operations. This leadership role ensures financial health, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

• Provide strategic insights to executives for decision-making.

• Oversee finance teams, including accounting, treasury, and reporting.

• Evaluate investments, funding, and financial risk strategies.

• Collaborate with operations, product, and strategy teams.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA preferred).

• 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, preferably in fintech or financial services.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

• Knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and fintech products.

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
