Job Title: Financial Controller – Digital & Fintech Group

Job Description: As a Financial Controller for a digital and technology group with significant fintech and digital payment infrastructure operations, you will lead the complete finance function — supporting implementation of BI dashboards and digital expense tracking, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and ensuring strategic financial leadership across all group entities. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CFA is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete finance function across all group entities — financial planning, reporting, accounting, and compliance
• Support implementation of BI dashboards and digital expense tracking — reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance and business growth
• Monitor key financial indicators and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency
• Lead risk management initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, government authorities, and other stakeholders
• Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansions, and corporate restructuring activities
• Drive digital transformation and process improvements within the finance function
• Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence

Qualifications Needed:

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CFA — mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience in FinTech or digital payments domain — preferred
• Experience with issuance and acquiring platforms and card payment systems advantageous
• Proven Financial Controller experience within a digital, technology, or fintech group
• Excellent leadership, strategic advisory, and executive communication skills
