Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Description: As a Software Engineer at HALA, you will develop and maintain robust, scalable software solutions that power fintech lending, payments, and risk platforms, contributing across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java, Go, or Python.
• Participate in code reviews, system design, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and operations teams to deliver features and enhancements.
• Write unit and integration tests, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), relational databases, and RESTful API development.
• Understanding of fintech, payments, or lending domains is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities; fluent in English.
