Job Title: Junior Software Engineer

Job Description: As a Junior Software Engineer in the Emirati Talent programme at a technology and analytics company, you will gain interest and exposure to banking and analytics use cases — with opportunities to grow into advanced banking technology and data engineering roles at a UAE banking technology and analytics organization.

Responsibilities:

• Gain interest and exposure to real-world banking and analytics use cases through structured engineering mentoring
• Apply foundational software engineering skills to banking and analytics development projects under guidance
• Build and maintain software applications for banking analytics client mandates under senior engineering direction
• Assist with data analytics integrations, banking system development, and analytics API delivery
• Coordinate with senior engineers, data analysts, and banking operations teams on project delivery
• Contribute to engineering documentation and knowledge base for banking and analytics platforms
• Grow into advanced banking technology and data engineering roles through structured development pathways
• Participate in the Emirati Talent programme — building professional network in UAE banking technology

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — this role is part of the Emirati Talent programme at CNS Middle East
• Interest in fintech, banking, or analytics — required for this junior software engineering mandate
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field — flexible on requirements
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments — beneficial for engineering development
• Basic software engineering skills — Python, Java, or equivalent — for banking and analytics projects
• Genuine ambition to grow into advanced banking technology and analytics engineering roles
