Job Title: Senior Solutions Consultant – Hedge Funds

Job Description: The Senior Solutions Consultant will bridge commercial and technical functions — understanding client trading strategies and requirements, designing customised solution architectures, and supporting new business development for the institutional segment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary solutions specialist for Finalto’s hedge fund and institutional client segment in MENA
• Conduct deep-dive discovery with institutional prospects — understanding trading strategies, execution requirements, risk tolerance, and technology needs
• Design and present bespoke liquidity and technology solution architectures tailored to complex institutional requirements
• Support Sales team on technical pre-sales — preparing proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations for institutional clients
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to validate and scope proposed solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with hedge fund CTOs, portfolio managers, and treasury professionals
• Contribute to institutional product development by synthesizing client feedback and market intelligence
• Represent Finalto at institutional trading conferences and client events in the MENA region

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or institutional sales within a prime brokerage, liquidity provider, or trading technology firm
• Deep understanding of hedge fund trading workflows, execution strategies, and institutional prime brokerage requirements
• Strong technical literacy — comfortable discussing API connectivity, order management, execution infrastructure, and risk systems
• Proven ability to navigate complex institutional sales processes with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders
• Excellent written and presentation skills for senior institutional audience engagement
