Job Description: As a Flagship Builders Programme participant at a rapidly growing UAE fintech company, you will join a structured development programme designed specifically for Emirati Nationals — building careers at the intersection of fintech, consumer finance, and digital technology through a mentored, rotational programme at one of the UAE’s leading consumer fintech platforms. UAE Nationals are required for this programme.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured rotational development programme across fintech business functions
• Complete assignments across product, compliance, operations, and commercial teams — building fintech expertise
• Apply academic learning to real-world fintech challenges through programme mentoring and professional development
• Contribute to team projects, consumer finance operations, and digital product initiatives under senior guidance
• Develop professional networks within a rapidly growing UAE fintech company’s operations
• Complete programme training modules, assessments, and professional development milestones
• Receive structured performance feedback and career development coaching from senior fintech professionals
• Build foundational skills across fintech products, operations, compliance, and digital consumer finance

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for the Flagship Builders Programme
• Recently graduated or final-year student in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline
• Strong academic record with genuine ambition to build a fintech career in the UAE
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills for a fintech graduate programme
• Arabic and English bilingual proficiency for UAE fintech team and client engagement
