Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Financial Performance & BI Reporting

Job Description: As a Senior Data Analyst for Financial Performance and BI Reporting at a UAE banking or fintech organization, you will apply senior data analytics expertise — developing financial performance dashboards, BI reporting frameworks, and data-driven insights for a professionally managed UAE banking and financial technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply senior data analytics expertise to financial performance dashboards and BI reporting frameworks
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards — revenue analytics, cost monitoring, and KPI performance reporting
• Conduct financial performance analysis — variance analytics, trend identification, and strategic data insights
• Build and optimize data pipelines for financial BI reporting and analytics delivery
• Coordinate with Finance, Product, and Technology teams on BI reporting strategy and analytical delivery
• Produce senior financial performance analytics reports for senior leadership and Board review
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A analytics through data-driven BI reporting development
• Monitor global financial services BI reporting and data analytics developments for platform optimization

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Data Analyst experience with financial performance and BI reporting in banking or fintech
• Strong BI dashboard development, financial analytics, and data pipeline management skills
• Proficiency with BI tools — Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent — for financial performance reporting
• Deep understanding of financial KPIs, banking performance metrics, and data-driven decision analytics
• Excellent analytical, BI visualization, and senior banking or fintech stakeholder communication skills
• GCC banking or fintech senior financial performance data analytics experience strongly preferred
