Job Title: Accounting & Data Entry Assistant – Banking & Finance Operations

Job Description: As an Accounting and Data Entry Assistant at a globally connected support services company, you will reconcile bank and cash transactions — supporting daily finance operations with reliable, detail-oriented accounting and data entry support across banking transactions, expense categorization, and financial record management.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank and cash transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Support daily finance operations with reliable accounting and data entry activities
• Process accounting transactions — bank reconciliations, expense categorization, and invoice management
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for management reporting and audit review
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Banking partners on transaction processing and documentation
• Produce financial data reports and management information for senior finance leadership review
• Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and UAE regulatory standards
• Support month-end close activities — ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Accounting and Data Entry Assistant experience with bank reconciliation and finance operations skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for high-volume banking transaction processing and data entry
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools for finance operations management
• Excellent organizational skills for financial record management and documentation accuracy
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE finance operations and banking engagement
• UAE accounting and banking operations experience preferred
