Job Title: Data Scientist & Analyst (Fintech)

Job Description: As a Data Scientist and Analyst in a globally established fintech graduate programme for 2027, you will work directly with product teams to uncover insights — solving complex problems with smart, practical solutions that shape how millions of customers experience financial technology across the region. You will tackle meaningful challenges on a high-caliber team mentored by leaders who expect excellence and reward initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with product teams to uncover insights — solving complex problems with smart, practical data solutions
• Shape how millions of customers experience fintech across the region through data science and analytical work
• Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and machine learning solutions for fintech product teams
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering skills to fintech business challenges
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams on data-driven insights and decision support
• Present data findings and analytical recommendations to senior stakeholders and product leaders
• Develop deep knowledge of fintech data architecture, customer behaviour, and financial product analytics
• Contribute to meaningful challenges with ownership, surrounded by high-caliber peers and mentored by leaders who expect excellence

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related degree
• Strong analytical and data science skills — Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
• Genuine passion for fintech, data science, and solving complex problems with smart, practical solutions
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to data work in a high-caliber, fast-moving fintech environment
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to product and business stakeholders
• Available to commence the 2027 Graduate Programme
