Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description: As a Data Analyst and Engineer at a globally established fintech serving 75+ million customers, you will apply experience in financial or regulatory reporting within fintech or banking — collaborating closely with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory data analytics and reporting for a globally regulated fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Apply experience in financial or regulatory reporting within fintech or banking to data analytics and engineering
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams on regulatory data accuracy and reporting
• Build and maintain data pipelines, analytical frameworks, and regulatory reporting dashboards
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial and regulatory data analytics for compliance obligations
• Develop SQL and Python-based data models supporting regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Produce data quality documentation and reporting governance materials for Compliance leadership review
• Monitor regulatory reporting developments and apply intelligence to data engineering and analytics design
• Contribute to the data engineering and analytics culture of a globally established fintech

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in financial or regulatory reporting within fintech or banking — required
• Strong SQL, Python, and data engineering skills for fintech regulatory data analytics
• Understanding of AML/CFT, financial crime, and banking regulatory reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and written communication for regulatory data reporting governance
• Collaborative, cross-functional approach for Compliance, Legal, and Finance team data partnership
• UAE or GCC fintech regulatory data engineering experience preferred
