Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Description: Seeking a Power BI Developer in Dubai to design, build, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and data models for a fintech client environment. The role requires strong Power BI development skills with the ability to deliver actionable business intelligence for financial services operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for fintech and financial services data environments
• Develop data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations supporting business intelligence requirements
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions
• Integrate Power BI with data sources including SQL databases, Azure, and financial operations systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all Power BI dashboards and reports
• Maintain and document Power BI solutions including data models, report architecture, and development standards
• Train and support business users on Power BI report usage and self-service analytics capabilities
• Stay current on Power BI platform updates, features, and data visualization best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Power BI development experience with strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
• Experience delivering BI solutions in a fintech, banking, or financial services data environment
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and relational database design
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience with Azure data services and cloud-based data integration preferred
• Microsoft Power BI certification (PL-300 or equivalent) preferred
