Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager
Job Description: The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale customer relationships for trading and gaming clients, driving operational success and expansion across accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sale customer relationships for assigned trading and gaming client accounts.
- Drive operational success and ensure customers realize full value from Lean’s products and integrations.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve customer issues and requests.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational and technical issues.
- Produce regular account reviews and performance reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop deep understanding of client business models to proactively identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven experience in a senior customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of API-based financial products, payment flows, or Open Banking concepts preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to tracking account health, adoption, and retention metrics.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate technical and commercial challenges.
