Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager for a cybersecurity platform serving financial services and fintech clients, you will be the front line in enabling financial markets access for clients — providing direct client advocacy and engagement across post-sales and professional services functions. You will apply technical cybersecurity knowledge and strong client relationship skills to drive platform adoption, usage, and satisfaction for banking and financial services clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the front line in client success — providing direct client advocacy and engagement across post-sales and professional services
  • Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert ensuring successful ongoing usage of the cybersecurity platform
  • Assist in facilitating requests for new platform configuration and changes to use cases within the client environment
  • Work with clients on an ongoing basis — attending all recommended calls and meetings for relationship management
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements using the platform’s cybersecurity capabilities
  • Deliver web-based training to user groups to support organizational adoption of the platform
  • Initiate engagement with internal resources as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of platform service options and capabilities

Qualifications Needed:

  • Direct client advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions — required
  • Experience with cybersecurity platforms, threat intelligence tools, or security operations technology preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to configure platform use cases and support client technical requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills — comfortable with providing client briefings and presentations
  • Understanding of financial services and fintech cybersecurity requirements preferred
  • Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE financial services client engagement
