Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager at the Middle East’s #1 expense management fintech platform, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise and SME clients — ensuring they realize full value from the platform and contributing to the mission of reimagining how finance works for modern businesses across the UAE and KSA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise and SME clients on the expense management and corporate payments platform
  • Ensure clients realize full value from the platform — driving adoption, satisfaction, and commercial expansion
  • Conduct regular business reviews presenting platform performance, usage insights, and expansion opportunities
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the expense management and corporate payments product suite
  • Resolve client issues promptly — coordinating with Product, Technical, and Operations teams on escalation and resolution
  • Monitor client health scores and proactively engage at-risk clients to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Collect and document client feedback — advocating for product improvements based on client needs
  • Contribute to a high-growth customer success team building the Middle East’s most beloved fintech brand

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven customer success or account management experience within a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup
  • Strong track record of driving client retention, satisfaction, and commercial expansion in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for enterprise and SME finance decision-maker engagement
  • Analytical approach to customer health monitoring and proactive client engagement
  • Passion for fintech, expense management, and helping modern businesses optimize their finance operations
  • Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and KSA client engagement
