Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description: The Senior BDM will own the MENA commercial pipeline — identifying, qualifying, and closing institutional clients across the region with a focus on prime brokerage, liquidity, and trading technology services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close institutional and B2B sales opportunities across MENA — targeting banks, brokers, financial institutions, and professional trading firms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract signature and client activation
• Present Finalto’s liquidity, prime brokerage, and trading technology solutions to senior decision-makers at financial institutions
• Develop and execute a MENA commercial strategy in alignment with Finalto’s global growth objectives
• Negotiate complex institutional commercial agreements and partnership terms
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with institutional clients and financial services counterparties in the GCC
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams on solution structuring and client delivery
• Provide market intelligence on the MENA institutional trading and technology landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in liquidity provision, prime brokerage, trading technology, or financial markets infrastructure
• Proven track record closing complex institutional financial services contracts in the MENA region
• Deep understanding of prime brokerage, FX liquidity, and trading technology market dynamics
• Existing network of institutional clients and financial services counterparties in the GCC is a significant advantage
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA client engagement
