Job Title: Sales Executive / Relationship Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive and Relationship Executive specializing in UAE banking product sales, you will drive new client acquisition through digital campaigns, exclusive events, and strategic partnerships — applying a minimum of 1 year of UAE banking sales experience to build a strong client book across consumer banking, credit, and financial services products.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition through digital campaigns, exclusive events, and strategic partnerships
• Apply minimum 1 year of UAE banking sales experience to build and grow a client book
• Approach prospective banking and financing clients through direct outreach, referrals, and event-based acquisition
• Present banking and financing products compellingly to individual and business clients across target segments
• Meet monthly and annual KPI objectives through consistent, compliant banking product sales activity
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during all sales and relationship management activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and professional banking advisory
• Report sales performance and pipeline activity to sales management in line with reporting requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum recent 1 year UAE banking sales experience — mandatory requirement; only UAE-based candidates currently available
• Experience in DSA or direct banking sales channels preferred
• Strong commercial, client-facing, and relationship-building skills for UAE banking product sales
• Target-driven approach with genuine passion for banking sales and relationship management
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE banking client engagement
• Understanding of UAE banking products and compliance requirements for consumer credit sales
