Job Title: Sales Director, Payments

Job Description:  We are hiring a Sales Director for Payments in Dubai. The role involves closing complex deals within the financial services and fintech sectors across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise sales for Fireblocks’ payments and digital asset infrastructure solutions across the MENA region
• Identify, prospect, and close complex, high-value enterprise deals with financial services institutions, fintechs, payment companies, and digital asset firms
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers at target institutions
• Lead end-to-end commercial processes from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams on enterprise client proposals and platform demonstrations
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Fireblocks’ payments and digital asset infrastructure in MENA
• Represent Fireblocks at regional fintech, digital asset, and payments industry events and conferences
• Provide market intelligence on MENA digital asset and payment technology competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Track record of success and closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sectors
• Significant enterprise SaaS or fintech infrastructure sales experience with large deal sizes
• Deep understanding of digital asset infrastructure, payments technology, and institutional financial services
• Existing network among financial institutions, fintechs, and payment companies in the MENA region is advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation, and senior executive stakeholder management skills
